In order to better serve our business travelers and provide automated documentation with up to date passport and visa requirements prior to your trip, Travelocity Business is requesting that all travelers add their country of citizenship and country of residence to their travel profile.

For all Travelers: a one-time pop up request for this information will appear on the booking tool upon logging in. This information can be updated in your Profile under the Personal Information section.

For Travel Arrangers (with access to update their traveler’s profiles): you can add this information in the Personal Information section of the traveler’s profile. If a travel arranger does not have access to their traveler’s profile, they will need to direct each of their travelers to access their own profile and add the information.
