The Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) has implemented Secure Flight which includes new requirements to provide gender, date of birth and full name to all reservations.  In support of the new requirements please update your traveler profile to include the additional information.  To add your middle name or initial, please request the update via the following link - Middle Name Profile Update Request.

Warning - Duplicate air bookings may result in fees from the airlines.  Duplicate bookings are defined as reserving multiple seats on the same flight or different flights for the same time frame and creating trips where dates overlap.  Please remember to CANCEL your air, hotel and car reservations to ensure that Toyota does not incur a charge.  To avoid a loss of value for a trip reservation not taken, many vendors require cancellation requests at least 24 hours prior to originally scheduled departure.
